Sophie Jama

Sophie JamaSophie Jama currently works with UNICEF, a UN organization dedicated to vulnerable children around the world. At the age of six, Sophie fled her home country, Ethiopia, and lived in nearby countries for several long years without her parents. She was happily reunited with them two years later in Canada, where she made her home for the next twenty years before fulfilling her soul’s calling and volunteering in Africa for almost nine years. She now lives with her husband and two kids in Switzerland and works for UNICEF HQ, in a fundraising division.
